Ingredients

1 pound Ground Beef

1 bag of romaine lettuce

1 cup of cashews (unsalted)

¼ cup of Teriyaki sauce

¼ cup Green Onions
-
Sesame seeds for garnish

Spicy mayo or aioli sauce

Salt, pepper, garlic powder for ground beef seasoning.
Directions
Prep your ingredients, dicing your onions, green onions and cashews.
Add a little oil to a skillet over medium/high heat and toss in your diced onions.
Cook for 1-2 mins and then add your ground beef. Season with garlic powder, a dash of salt and pepper.
Cook until browned or well-done.
In a separate skillet, lightly toast your diced cashews.
Add cashews to your skillet of ground beef and pour over your teriyaki sauce. Mix together.
Add about ¼ cup of your beef/cashew mixture in a single romaine leaf.
Drizzle spicy mayo or an aioli sauce over the top.
Sprinkle your green onions and sesame seeds until desired amount.
