These cashew boats offer great flavor and are versatile and customizable. The cashews add a delightful crunch and nutty flavor to this dish, complementing the savory taste of the Dot Seven Ground Beef. This dish is also healthy and refreshing. Using the lettuce leaves as boats provide a nutritious alternative to traditional bread or tortilla wraps. It also adds a crisp and hydrating element to the dish, making it a lighter option for a meal.
Overall, these boats offer a tasty way to
experience a combination of bold flavors while also incorporating nutritious
ingredients and all in under 30 minutes!
