Looking for a low carb meal that satisfies your savory craving? Pizza bowls are the ultimate comfort food this fall. These low-calorie and easy-to-assemble pizza bowls will have you coming back for seconds. It's a great way to sneak in veggies on your kids' plate or a guilt-free meal you can go back for seconds on!
Ingredients

Ground beef

½ diced white onion
- 1/4 tbsp of Italian seasoning

1 jar of your favorite marinara sauce

1/4 cup of parmesan cheese

1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese
- Pepperoni

Any additional toppings of your choice. We used pepperoni, mushrooms, bell pepper & basil.
Directions
Dice up all of your toppings. As well as ½ white onion.
Cook up your ground beef and throw in your diced onion and bell pepper. Season your beef with a dash or salt, pepper and garlic powder. Drain any excess fat.
After you’ve drained your fat pour in your marinara sauce. Mix well with your ground beef. Add italian seasoning for extra flavor.
Then you’ll add this sauce to a baking dish.
Sprinkle your toppings all over. Add mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Then top with pepperoni and basil.
Bake in the oven at 350 until cheese is slightly golden and bubbly.
Top with fresh parsley. Serve & enjoy!
Recipe Note
Add a little jalapeños and pineapple for a sweet & spicy flavor and drizzle over some ranch dressing because yes pineapple can go on pizza!
