These beef chorizo sliders will leave everyone begging for more! Packed with protein from our Dot Seven Ranch Beef Chorizo plus the addition of scrambled eggs and bacon (optional), these mini breakfast sliders will keep you satiated throughout the day. The best part? You don't have to choose between a sweet or savory breakfast. With the finishing honey glaze, you get both!
Ingredients

½ a pack of Hawaiian Rolls

½ lb of Dot Seven Beef Chorizo
-
6 Scrambled Eggs
-
6 slices of Cheddar Cheese
-
1 cup cooked bacon bits

Everything but the Bagel Seasoning

3 Tablespoons of Maple Syrup

Splash of Milk
Directions
In a non-stick pan cook half a pound of chorizo until it has a slight crisp.
Whisk together your eggs with a splash of milk to give it that fluffy texture. Combine egg mixture with chorizo. Cook until desired doneness.
Slice Hawaiian rolls horizontally to make sliders and layer the bottom with cheese of choice.
Add scrambled egg mixture to the top and sprinkle the bacon bits.
Put on top layer of the buns and brush with maple syrup. Sprinkle on Everything but the Bagel Seasoning and bake at 350 for 15-20 mins until golden.
Serve with a side of maple syrup for dipping and enjoy!
