Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
2 cups teriyaki sauce, divided
8 pineapple rings
8 slices of cheddar cheese
8 hamburger buns
mayonnaise for spread
1 tomato sliced
Lettuce
1 avocado
Directions
Form ground beef into 8 equal-sized patties.
Pur 1 cup teriyaki sauce over hamburger patties and marinate at least 30 minutes.
Pour remaining cup teriyaki sauce into bowl and let pineapple rings marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Grill patties over high heat about 3 minutes on each side for medium donees, longer for well-done burgers.
Burgers should reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
Place 1 slice of cheese on each burger, let it melt before removing burgers from grill.
Grill pineapple rings over medium heat for 1 minute on each side.
