Our Ancestral Blend Ground Beef is comprised of 90% ground, 7% liver and 3% heart. It's a great way to get some added benefits of the offal cuts into your diet without sacrificing the flavor that you're used to. 

Please note this cut is intended as an add on to the build your own beef box or any other box. We always recommend you order a minimum of 6 lbs of beef at a time to minimize your shipping costs per cut.
