Your custom beef box always begins with 6 or 12 lbs of our famous ground beef! Directions: first add this product to your cart, then return to the individual cuts to select other items you'd like to add. If starting with the small build your own box, we recommend you purchase a minimum of 3-4 lbs of other individual beef cuts to maximize on shipping.

Received my Custom Beef Box and I am so happy I found Dot Seven Ranch! Was able to pick up my order locally (though they do ship!) and was excited to try it out. The ground beef is more flavorful than the store bought and my purchase I was most excited about was the flat iron steak - which is pretty much impossible to find in the local stores. It was DELICIOUS! I'm already perusing their website to place another order to keep my freezer stocked. Thanks Dot 7 Ranch!
