Our Dot Seven dry-aged boneless New York Strip Steaks are one of the most sought after cuts. The bold beefy flavor is best found by grilling this cut. Our signature NY steak is an inch thick and approximately 3/4 lb each. We also offer petite NY for smaller appetites. These cuts are approximately 5-7 ounces. This steak is perfect for those relaxing weekends outside with the grill on and friends and family close. 

This cut is intended to be an add on to any beef box for those customers that are shipping their order. No minimums apply for pickup.

This has to be some of the best beef I've ever had in my life. Great texture and flavor and cooks very quickly. It's like they massaged the cows with beer it was so tender and juicy!
