Dot Seven Filet Mignon

Our filet mignon is a luxurious and tender cut that is perfect for any special occasion. Lean, yet succulent, with a fine buttery texture, our filet mignon is hand-cut from the tenderloin and is incredibly flavorful and juicy. To cook, simply season with salt and pepper and grill to your desired temperature for a delicious, melt-in-your-mouth steak. 

Our large filet is roughly 16oz and can easily serve 2.

Our signature filet is 6-10oz for a single serving.

The petite filet are the cuts towards the end of the tenderloin so they are a little thinner and are roughly about 6 oz.

The filet tail is a thinner cut and the "tail of the tenderloin". These are approximately 10 oz.

This cut is intended to be an add on to any beef box for those customers that are shipping their order. No minimums apply for pickup.
