Our O-Bone roasts are named after the small, circular bone in the middle of the roast. This is a type of bone-in chuck roast. This cut is sourced from the shoulder and we recommend low & slow to create that tender texture and delicious taste. Our Dot Seven O-Bone Roasts are approximately 3 lbs and fit great in a crock pot! Perfect for sharing and an easy family dinner roast.
