Our dry-aged beef shanks are cross cut with the bone in. This bone is full of delicious and highly nutritious bone marrow that will produce a rich and savory flavor. This cut is great for Osso Buco, Beef Bourguignon, slow cooking, or braising. We love braising these all day and then serving them over grits or polenta. Pro-tip: Add some Osso Buco to your next pot of beef broth to make it extra hearty!
